Dark brown to black. Medium body. Roasted malt
evident. Low sweetness in aroma and flavor. Low to medium
bitterness. Low bitterness from roast malt. Hop flavor and
aroma, "noble-type" OK. No fruitiness, esters.
What came out was an uncompromising cult beer, the Vogelbräu.
Lavishly luxurious in the ingredients, because the small
amounts, it was not even on a few marks.
Of course, unfiltered, and with a very special flavor.
Ur-Karlsruhe know it yet: After a few days the first beer was
gone and a fan base sworn in on unfiltered original.
Each beer stein has a manufacturer date, this date represents
the year in which the mold was run for that Brewery.
